Myofascial Release Roller

The Power Lift Myofascial Release Roller rack attachment allows athletes to conveniently target problem areas prior to training in order to release muscle tightness or tension.  The rack attachment features nine urethane wheels on the main area, while the end of the roller can feature two additional urethane wheels or a solid knob.  The attachment can be adjusted vertically along the Power Lift Rack uprights to accommodate a user’s height or targeted area and use a two pin locking system.
