Our rack mounted/removable Monolift for safe squatting and other lifting. Catches swing away from lifter allowing the lifter to squat in place without having to walk backwards with a heavy load.

The height adjustment can be performed without having to unload the bar making adjustments between lifters very rapid and easy.
