A robust sled for demanding workouts, this 45 kg sled can either be pushed or pulled and used with weight discs for increased resistance. Equipped with both handles and a snap hook attachment you can pull using a rope attached to the front of the sled or push with handles. The handles, which can be used on either side of the sled, have a red mark to show when they have been correctly fitted. Two storage pins are included, these are 500 mm long, although it is possible to mount a single pin in the center of the sled. Designed primarily for indoor use, but can be used outdoors. Plastic skis, (Item no. 3060344) which provide protection to the sled and floor, can be ordered separately. Most effective when used on floor surfaces with little or no friction, such as turf, asphalt (with plastic skis), and scratch-resistant flooring. High friction flooring, made from rubber, for example, should be avoided.
